MFD Smoke Trailer visits Snow School

The Middletown Fire Department came to visit Snow School Second and Third Graders yesterday, as part of Fire Prevention Month. The students visited the Fire Department's Smoke Trailer, where they experienced a simulation of how smoke detectors work. The third graders also had the opportunity to practice evacuating through the Smoke Trailer's window.

Third Grade students will have visits from a Middletown firefighter throughout the year, to continue to build their knowledge of fire safety.
